Which Mat Hoist® System Fulfills Our Needs?

Wish to store mats up and out of the way of damage. Permanent suspension is from the ceiling, a wall or a combination of both. Electrical operation of the system is vertical up-down only from the floor to the suspension site.

Mat Hoist® Model 1000:

Stores two (2) full size mats, one rolled inside of the other, in a forty (40) foot sling.

Mat Hoist® Model 500:

Stores one (1) full size mat in a forty (40) sling.

Customized Mat Hoist® Model Maxi Mini:

Stores a three section full sized mat with two rolled sections in the bottom of the sling, and the third stacked on top. A standard Model 500 is customized in length to accommodate school needs in a restricted space. Slings vary from 14' to 20' depending on school needs.

Need to transport mats horizontally on an I beam track from a practice area to the gymnasium. The most common situation exists when the practice area is a balcony overlooking the gymnasium. Another scenario is when the practice room is a second story room with an access door above the gymnasium.

Transport models also serve as storage systems out of season.

Mat Hoist® Model 2000:

Moves and stores one (1) full size mat in a forty (40) foot sling. The horizontal in-out travel on a rail is by manual push–pull. The standard Model 500 serves the vertical up-down electrical function.

Mat Hoist® Model 3000:

Serves the same function as the Model 2000, but utilizes an electric drive for horizontal

in-out travel instead of manual travel.

Customized Mat Hoist® Model Mini:

Horizontally transports only one section of mat at a time in a 14' sling, and is either manual or electrical travel. The standard Model 500, customized in length, serves the vertical up-down function.

Customized Mat Hoist® Model Maxi Mini Transport:

Designed to accommodate needs in a restricted space. Moves and stores a full size

three section mat in a 14' to 20' sling. Horizontal transportation is either manual or electrical. The standard Model 500, customized in length, serves the vertical up-down function.
